I bought myself a jar of your Pear & Honey Jam.  Anyway, I wasn’t sure what to expect as I’m not overly keen on honey – BUT what a flavour!!!! As I got closer and closer to the end of the jar I found myself spooning out smaller and smaller quantities to make it last a bit longer.  It was a real eye-opener – the flavour just gives instant taste with no doubt at all about what the flavours are.
