We were invited to have a stand on the Green in front of Exeter Cathedral on 19 July. This was to celebrate all the producers in the South West who received at least one Gold for their products this year.
It was Taste of the West’s 25th Anniversary. As Patron of Taste of the West, HRH Prince Charles was of course absolutely obliged to attend which was wonderful but he also brought ‘the better half’ The Duchess of Cornwall. All on the hottest day of the year, it was 35 deg and there we all were shrouded by our gazebos and still smiling!
