Important Delivery Information

Delivery Dates, if you have an important date you need the cream tea to arrive on then we recommend you have it delivered the day before. Everything is sent out fresh on the day of despatch so will still be at it’s best the following day.

We cannot accept liability for delivery failures as events out of anyone’s control such as adverse weather, motorway accidents, etc., may result a 24 hour by our carrier.

  • Free delivery - We use a 'next day' delivery service for Tuesday-Friday delivery days to ensure your cream tea is as fresh as possible.
  • Pre Noon delivery days Tuesday-Friday - £6.00
  • Saturday delivery £15.00
  • NOTE - Orders placed before midnight can be despatched the following day for 'next day' delivery

ORDERS AND DELIVERIES

 We make the scones and Devon splits fresh on the day of despatch.  The cream and cheese are fresh and kept chilled in transit, they must be refrigerated immediately on arrival.  For the most eating pleasure, please consume within 2 days of receipt.  The scones and splits can be eaten at room temperature or for the best result warmed gently in an oven.

Orders must be received by Noon will be despatched the following day unless a specific day is chosen.  Orders are despatched on a next day service, we do not despatch on Fridays as we consider our fresh scones and cream not be at their best if left in the carrier’s depot over the weekend.

We reserve the right to make any reasonable substitutions.
